Olivier has over 20 years of experience in organizing trade shows and conferences in France and abroad. He has held various leadership positions within major players in the industry, such as REED EXHIBITIONS, THE INFORMA GROUP, and COMEXPOSIUM. He has also collaborated with numerous trade show organizers, including ITE GROUP, BOLOGNA FIERE, and MONTGOMERY.

More recently, Olivier launched VALUEXCHANGE, a new company dedicated to the digitalization of events. "The world is changing. It's time to reinvent our industry. VALUEXCHANGE embodies an innovative approach to events by intelligently leveraging new technologies and reimagining the customer experience."
